Terms and Conditions for StreamCentral

Welcome to StreamCentral, a Software as a Service (SaaS) designed for managing accounts on Plex, Emby, or Jellyfin servers. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

1. Definitions

• Service: StreamCentral, including its software, platform, and any related services provided by us.
• User: Any individual or entity using StreamCentral.
• Reseller: A User who manages access to Plex, Emby, or Jellyfin servers for end-users.
• End-User: A User who obtains access to Plex, Emby, or Jellyfin servers managed by a Reseller.
• Coins: Virtual currency used within StreamCentral for transactions between Users and Resellers.

2. Services Provided

StreamCentral provides tools for:

• Creating accounts for resellers.
• Depositing and withdrawing coins.
• Managing user expirations, renewals, deletions, and media library accesses.

3. Legality and Compliance

• StreamCentral is a user management software. We do not provide or distribute any media content.
• It is the sole responsibility of the Resellers and End-Users to ensure they have the legal right to access and distribute any media content via Plex, Emby, or Jellyfin.
• StreamCentral does not endorse or condone any illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement.

4. Responsibility and Liability

• User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the legality of the content they provide and distribute. StreamCentral is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the misuse of the Service.
• No Warranty: StreamCentral is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• System Failures: StreamCentral is not liable for any failure of the system, including but not limited to server outages, software bugs, or data breaches.
• Third-Party Bans: StreamCentral is not responsible for any bans or restrictions imposed by Plex, Emby, or Jellyfin on Users or Resellers.

5. Account and Security

• Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep their account information updated.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for any activities conducted through their account.

6. Termination

• StreamCentral reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in illegal activities.
• Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Amendments

StreamCentral may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
